Qualifications

• Current Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification (ARDMS or CCI) as required.
• 1-3 years of technical experience in ultrasound.
• BLS through the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for ultrasound exam and position on examination table.
• Obtain relevant imaging and diagnostic reports for correlation.
• Set up equipment and adjust machine settings for accurate results.
• Monitor patient during exams and report changes in condition.
• Document image details and label studies; maintain logs.
