Starting Pay: $17.25/hour - $19/hour

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for customers.
• Provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plans for each shift and monitors performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitors safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicates with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the upcoming shift.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping Departments meet goals.
