Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. As a Shift Manager you provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.
