Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a hospital perioperative team.

The role focuses on supporting surgeons and nursing staff in a high-quality surgical environment, ensuring strict aseptic technique and patient safety. The ideal candidate will hold CST certification with at least 2 years of Surgical Tech/ORT experience, demonstrate strong instrument knowledge and organizational skills, and commit to infection control standards in a fast-paced hospital

Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
• Minimum 2+ years as Surgical Tech or ORT.
• Applicants must meet listed qualifications to be considered.
• Experience assisting in surgical procedures is essential.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment care is expected.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities are required.
• Commitment to infection control protocols and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with sterilized instruments and supplies.
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists during operations.
• Maintain aseptic technique before, during, and after procedures.
• Count sponges, needles, and instruments for patient safety.
• Handle surgical specimens and documentation reliably.
• Maintain composure in fast-paced or urgent situations.
• Collaborate with the perioperative team for smooth workflows.
