Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgical teams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires CST certification and 2+ years of Surgical Tech/OR experience, with strong nursing-ORT background and patient safety focus.

You will assist during procedures, prep sterile fields, manage instruments, and collaborate with surgeons and nurses to ensure high-quality patient care. Flexible scheduling is available and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification required.
• Experience in OR/sterile technique and nursing support preferred.
• Proficient in prepping ORs, sterilizing equipment, and instrument management.
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and sterile during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile field, organize tools and instruments, verify equipment function.
• Support pre- and post-operative patient preparation and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and other staff to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, instruments used and patient outcomes.
