Desert Palm Surgical Group Plc in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Operating Room Coordinator to join our plastic surgery team. This full-time position requires meticulous sterile technique and strong OR coordination to support cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold current CST certification, have 3–5 years OR experience (plastic surgery preferred), and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Current CST certification required.
• 3–5 years OR experience, plastics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Scrub and assist the surgeon during operations.
• Coordinate daily operating room schedules and workflow.
• Ensure surgical instruments, implants, and supplies are prepared and available.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of surgical supplies.
• Oversee OR efficiency and maintain compliance with safety and sterilization standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care.
• Assist with turnover between cases and maintain a clean, organized operating room.
