Job summary

Desert Palm Surgical Group Plc in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Operating Room Coordinator to join our premier plastic surgery practice. This full-time role requires a CST certification and 3–5 years of OR experience, with a preference for plastic surgery background.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification required.
• 3–5 years of operating room experience preferred, plastic surgery experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Scrub and assist the surgeon during operations.
• Coordinate daily operating room schedules and workflow.
• Ensure surgical instruments, implants, and supplies are prepared and available.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of surgical supplies.
• Oversee OR efficiency and maintain compliance with safety and sterilization standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care.
• Assist with turnover between cases and maintain a clean, organized operating room.
