White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Certified Surgical Technician for our Operating Room who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As the Certified Surgical Technician, you will support the surgical team by passing instruments, preparing the OR, and sterilizing supplies.

The role requires CST certification with preference for OR experience, and is full-time with 36 hours/week and 3x12s shifts, on-site in

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program and certified.
• 1 year hospital Operating Room experience preferred.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or TS-C acceptable with 2 years recent acute care experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Surgical Team in providing safe, appropriate, culturally aware patient care.
• Help surgeons during surgery by passing instruments and sterile supplies.
• Prepare the Operating Room with necessary supplies.
• Sterilize required instruments and supplies.
• Serve as surgical assistant as needed.
• Restock Operating Room supplies and instruments.
