Job summary

Trinity Health in Ontario, Oregon, seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for our Main Operating Room. This full-time role supports surgeons and nurses in delivering safe patient care, from prepping rooms to assisting during procedures.

The CST ensures aseptic technique, equipment readiness, and instrument counts across procedures, with on-call considerations and shift differentials. Benefits start Day 1 and relocation incentives may be available.

Qualifications

• CST required by NBSTSA or TS-C by NCCT.
• BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross required at hire (ACLS/PALS may be accepted).
• One year of scrub experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for all age groups as applicable (Neonate to geriatric).
• Follow hospital safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and promptly correct breaks in technique.
• Check and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Update surgeon preference cards and assist in setup.
