The role requires CST certification, BLS, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–4 years of experience. Candidates must be US-eligible and proficient in English; duties include sterile technique, instrument care, and patient care with a focus on safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualificações

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Graduate of a surgical technician program with CST certification.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) prerequisite.
• 2–4 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Computer literacy and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to staffing schedules and cooperates with daily assignments.
• Assists with operating room prep, case pulling, and room turnover.
• Provides direct patient care with clinical competence.
• Participates in orientation and staff evaluations.
• Maintains sterile technique and handles instruments per policy.
• Ensures high level of service and communication with physicians and patients.
