St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgery unit in Edgewood, Kentucky. You will support perioperative care under RN supervision, ensuring patient dignity and empathy in every interaction.

Weekend option with Saturday and Sunday shifts, Day shift from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Full-time, 24 hours weekly, paid for 36 hours. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited surgical technician program and certification within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited surgical technician program.
• Proof of certification within one year of hire date.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, surgical procedures, instruments, sutures, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Under RN direction, perform scrub duties to meet perioperative needs.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy to patients and families.
• Assist with instruments, sutures, and equipment during procedures.
