St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician for full-time day shifts in the Sellersville area, with potential to float to Grand View Surgery Center in Harleysville.

• New graduate must obtain certificate within six months of hiring date.

Responsabilidades

• Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.
• Scrubs, gowns, and gloves for self and team members.
• Sets up sterile table with instruments and meds/solutions needed for the procedure.
• Performs accurate counts with circulator prior to operation and before incision is closed.
• Assists with draping sterile field and passes instruments to surgeon during procedure.
• Maintains sterile technique and handles specimens safely.
