Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, this role supports data collection, planning and implementation of patient care, while maintaining sterile technique and readiness of instruments for procedures. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrubbing and handles instruments, supplies and equipment during surgical interventions.
• Assists in data collection, planning, and implementation of patient care under RN direction.
• Maintains sterile technique and ensures instrument readiness and safety.
