Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Surgical Technician program.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Experience with OB, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Dental and Urology cases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assemble instrumentation for each case.
• Pass instrumentation and anticipate needs of the surgeon.
• Follow the established plan of care and provide surgical interventions within scope.
• Collaborate with OR staff, physicians, and nurses.
