Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate prospective clients prior to admission.
• Provide appropriate referral options when indicated.
• Initiate contact with newly admitted clients and orient to the program.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and summarize findings.
• Facilitate group processes and individual/family sessions.
• Document, on a daily basis, the client's progress and participation.
• Maintain professional and therapeutic care, upholding the client’s dignity.
