Job summary

Novant Health's Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Technician to support patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative unit. You will clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute instrument sets, ensuring availability and readiness for procedures.

Certification in Sterile Reprocessing (CBSPD, CRCST, or CSPDT) is required, with high school diploma or GED and hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Sterile Reprocessing knowledge and skillset.
• Must understand instrumentation and sterile/aseptic technique.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions to assemble instrument sets.

Responsibilities
