107 The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority is seeking a Full-time Sterile Processing Technician in North Carolina. You will decontaminate, assemble, inspect, package, and sterilize surgical instruments to support patient care.

The role requires CSPDT or CRCST certification and a High School diploma, with at least 4 years of experience. Expect 40 hours weekly, with M-F schedule and weekend call as needed.

• Decontaminates, assembles, inspects, and sterilizes instruments.

• Performs high/low temperature sterilization processes.
• Adheres to safety standards and proper traffic flow for clean/soiled items.
• Identifies malfunctions and reports alarms or failures.
• Responsible for handling and transporting sterile items safely.
