Job summary

Novant Health in Charlotte's Center City Outpatient is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to provide clean, properly packaged, sterile instruments and supplies for surgical and clinical departments.

You will work DAYS, FT, 10:30A-7:00P, with a focus on instrument set assembly, aseptic technique, and staying current with CBSPD, CRCST or CSPDT certifications.

Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year in a hospital Sterile Reprocessing Department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of hospital Sterile Reprocessing Department experience preferred.
• Sterile Reprocessing Tech certification required; CBSPD, CRCST or CSPDT required.
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology; read and follow written instructions.
