We are looking for instructors for the 2026/27 season. The season is offered on a rolling basis and applications are accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever comes first).

Job Specifications

• Starting wage: $21.00 /hr – $64.34 /hr; pay range reflects minimum base wages and instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives
• Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift type: part‑time hours available; full‑time instructors may work a 40‑hour week but hours vary with business volume
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Housing availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons

• Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests
• Create a safe and fun learning environment
• Support all ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum PSIA/AASI Instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
• Fluent communication in English
• Comfortable working with guests of all ages and with children aged 3 and older
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and meet minimum scheduling requirements
• Placement contingent on completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards

The expected pay range is $21.00 /hr – $64.34 /hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
