Job summary

Park City Mountain is seeking certified ski instructors for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 program. You will teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world-class service in a safe, fun learning environment.

Positions available: full-time and part-time. Starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, with potential additional incentives. Housing is available, and training is provided to meet safety and guest-service standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Comfort working with guests of all ages, including children aged 3 and older.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.
• Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest service, and safety standards.

JobSummary:

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing to guests of all ages. Certified Ski Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage:$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more withadditionalteaching incentives

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Minimum Age:At least 16 years of age

Job Requirements:

• The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
