Stevens Pass Mountain Resort in Washington is seeking certified ski instructors to deliver group and private lessons to guests of all ages. This winter seasonal role offers both full-time and part-time hours and a focus on world-class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.

Requirements include PSIA/AASI Level 1 or ISIA equivalent and fluency in English; weekend and holiday availability is expected. Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, with potential incentives.

JobSummary:

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing to guests of all ages. Certified Ski Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage:$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more withadditionalteaching incentives

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Minimum Age:At least 16 years of age

Job Requirements:

• MinimumPSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certificationorISIAequivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidaysand meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
• The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
