Job summary

Catapult Learning is seeking a PA Certified School Counselor to serve as the Family Connection Liaison at a Philadelphia non-public school for the 2026-27 school year. This full-time position located in Philadelphia, PA 19124 offers a pay rate of $34-37 per hour.

You will provide individual and group counseling, consult with school staff and parents, refer families to community resources, and participate in trainings and workshops.

Qualifications

• Active PA School Counseling Certification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.

Responsibilities

How you’ll be there for students:

Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.

As a school counselor with Catapult Learning, you will:

• Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.
• Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.
• Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.
• Provide parent involvement workshops.
• Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
