United Future in Rutland, Vermont seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center.

The position offers a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, with strong physician support and team collaboration. A competitive salary plus signing bonus and relocation assistance are available, along with loan assistance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program is required.
• Current CRNA certification is required.
• VT RN and APRN licensure eligibility or holding is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Education
