Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the trauma center's anesthesiology department in Rutland, Vermont. This is a supervision-model role with an anesthesiologist always present.

You will provide anesthesia care, perform pre-anesthesia assessments, administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care, monitor intraoperative status, manage pain, document care, and collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification and Vermont licensure eligibility.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
