Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is assisting in recruiting a certified CRNA for a full-time, day-shift position in Rutland, Vermont. The role serves as the exclusive anesthesia provider in a trauma center with physician supervision and strong clinician support.

The successful candidate will have a graduate Nurse Anesthesia program and current CRNA certification, with Vermont RN/APRN licensure or eligibility, plus BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for or holding Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.
