Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in our Maryland-area clinic. You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress. Part-time availability with AM and/or PM shifts, early afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
