Job summary

Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and meticulously collect data to track progress.

Collaboration with families and clinical team members will support goal attainment in a safe, engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification.
• Experience in ABA or working with children preferred.
• Strong data collection and progress-tracking skills required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
