Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

You'll be part of a clinical team implementing care plans, recording session data, and building strong connections with families. A high school diploma is required, along with a willingness to learn and an RBT certification before starting.

What Youll Do

• Provide one on one ABA services using evidence based interventions to support independence and positive behavior

• A willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience compassion and a calm presence even in challenging moments
• RBT certification required before starting
• Good to Know Services take place in clients homes or community based locations
• All positions start part time
• Ready to commit to 6 months of changing our clients lives

Youll Be a Great Fit
