Job summary

Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will use evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, becoming a crucial part of our clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services using evidence based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team directly implementing skill building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
