Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join a team that values growth and impact. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, applying evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior while recording session data.

You bring a high school diploma, a passion for helping children with Autism, patience, compassion, a calm presence, and an RBT certification before start.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before starting.
• Patience, compassion and a calm presence, even in challenging moments.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Services take place in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• All positions start part time and you should be ready to commit to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team directly implementing skill building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
