Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with a strong clinical team to support child growth and independence.

The role requires RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a genuine passion for helping children with Autism. Training is provided; positions start part-time with potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
