Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join our mission of helping children with Autism thrive. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team in Home and community settings.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules, fast onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and a calm presence.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Be a key part of our clinical team directly implementing skill building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What Youll Do

• Good to Know Services take place in clients homes or community based locations
• All positions start part time

Youll Be a Great Fit
