BK Behavior in Middletown, OH is seeking part-time RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and foster positive family connections.

What Youll Do

• Provide one on one ABA services using evidence based interventions to support independence and positive behavior
• Be a key part of our clinical team directly implementing skill building and care plans
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families

• A willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience compassion and a calm presence even in challenging moments
• RBT certification required before starting
• Good to Know Services take place in clients homes or community based locations
• All positions start part time

Youll Be a Great Fit
