Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking an Analyst III to be the primary support contact for the organization’s applications. You will troubleshoot tickets and manage project assignments across defined application areas while staying highly knowledgeable about Tanner Health’s policies, procedures, and business operations.

Ideal candidates will have three years of related experience and Epic certification(s) in the relevant area of support, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and ongoing certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related experience.
• Epic certification(s) in area of support preferred; if lapsed, must be achieved within 90 days.
• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Analyst level and role-specific qualifications per IT Analyst Ladder policy.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Experience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support is preferred. Epic certification in other areas may be considered initially. If Epic certification(s) in area of support has lapsed, certification(s) related to area of support must be achieved during first 90 days. Epic certification(s) in area of support must be kept current, completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.
