Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking an Analyst II to serve as the primary support contact for the assigned application area. The role requires coordination of issues during projects and a solid understanding of the organization’s policies, procedures, and business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of related experience and Epic certification(s) current or achievable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience in a similar role.
• Epic certification(s) must be kept current, including new version training and recertification as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for the application and coordinate all issues that arise.
• Maintain strong knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and business operations to resolve concerns promptly.

If Epic certification(s) in area of support has not been obtained or has lapsed, certification(s) related to area of support must be achieved during first 90 days. Epic certification(s) in area of support must be kept current, completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges preferred but not required.
