Tanner Health is seeking an Epic Cupid Analyst to serve as the primary support contact for the Cupid Application. You will coordinate issues within the Cupid area, understand healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements, and act as a liaison between technical staff and customers.
Candidates should have education of High School Diploma or GED with three years of related experience; Epic certifications preferred, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Cupid Analysts are the primary support contact for the Epic Cupid Application. Cupid analysts coordinate issues which arise for their application area and must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, quality standards, and business operations. Familiarity with a healthcare organization's Pharmacy Department workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences as well as understanding a wide array of integration points is required. Cupid analysts must make decisions regarding the urgency and or seriousness of calls and serve as a liaison between the technical staff of the department and the department’s wide variety of customers and must escalation appropriately to resolve issues. Depending on operations, business or project needs, the Cupid Analyst may be asked to perform duties outside what is defined in the job description on a temporary basis.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
