Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. seeks a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to provide peer support across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. You will help patients articulate goals, identify barriers, and move toward recovery with compassionate, recovery-focused coaching.

This role emphasizes collaboration with treatment teams, maintaining confidentiality, and documenting progress. Travel up to 50% is required; a valid driver's license and stable recovery are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Maintain Certified Recovery Specialist credential via the PA Certification Board.
• Self-identify as a current or former patient.
• Maintain healthy recovery from substance abuse.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Verify completion of a state-approved training program and pass certification exam.
• Possess a valid driver's license in good standing and be insurable; travel up to 50%.
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred.
