Job summary

ForMotion is seeking a certified Prosthetist Orthotist 2 to deliver independent evaluations and lead treatment plans for moderate-complexity cases within our clinical offices. You will collaborate with the fabrication team on custom designs and perform precise fittings with thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in P&O (or equivalent) and ABC certification, with 3–5 years of clinical experience, strong patient-first ethics, and a collaborative leadership style.

About the Role

A ForMotion Certified Prosthetist Orthotist 2 is a clinician that operates with increasing independence, manages moderate-complexity cases, and begins contributing to team mentorship and operational initiatives.

Work Environment

This role is based in a professional clinical office setting. Regular use of standard office equipment and O&P lab tools (e.g., grinders, ovens, routers, hand/power tools).

• Master’s degree in P&O (or grandfathered Bachelor’s)
• ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Must be available during clinic operating hours and able to uphold policies with professionalism and fairness
