ForMotion Clinic is seeking a ForMotion Certified Prosthetist Orthotist 2 to join our clinical team. The role involves independent patient evaluations, leadership in treatment planning for moderate-complexity cases, and collaboration with our fabrication team to design and fit custom devices.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in P&O (or a grandfathered Bachelor’s), ABC certification, 3–5 years of experience, and a patient‑first, collaborative leadership style.

About The Role

A ForMotion Certified Prosthetist Orthotist 2 is a clinician that operates with increasing independence, manages moderate‑complexity cases, and begins contributing to team mentorship and operational initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Work Environment

• This role is based in a professional clinical office setting. Regular use of standard office equipment and O&P lab tools (e.g., grinders, ovens, routers, hand/power tools).
