ForMotion Lab is hiring a Lab Technician-I to support fabrication, maintenance, and repair of prosthetic and orthotic devices under clinician guidance. You will ensure quality standards, maintain a clean lab, and assist with routine testing and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of hands-on technical experience, comfort with lab tools, and a strong patient-first mindset. This role requires availability during clinic hours and collaboration within a team.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of industrial or hands-on technical experience (machine shop, auto repair, etc.).
• Comfortable with tools and physical labor.
• Must be available during clinic operating hours and uphold policies with professionalism and fairness.

About the Role

A ForMotion Lab Technician-I supports the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of prosthetic and orthotic devices according to prescription and under the guidance of certified clinicians. Ensures work meets quality standards and maintains a clean, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricates basic orthotic/prosthetic devices as instructed.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on devices and tools.
