Job summary

Gilson JCC Early Learning Center in Sharon, MA is seeking a Certified Pre-K Teacher to join our professional team. This full-time, salaried role offers a competitive starting salary and opportunities to shape early learning experiences in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Requires EEC Teacher certification and an AA in Early Childhood Education; minimum one year supervised experience.
• BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be substituted at the discretion of JCC.

Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum.
• Communicate and document children's interactions and experiences per best practice and policy.
• Assess developmental stages and maintain records, including progress reports using COR Advantage.
• Incorporate Mass EEC guidance and JCC SHEVA frameworks; adhere to EEC regulations.
• Establish positive relationships with families through conversations, conferences, and updates.
