Job summary

The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA is seeking a Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified) to lead a full-time classroom Monday–Friday. You will implement The Learning Experience's LEAP Curriculum, support early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development, and document progress for families.

You will collaborate with center leadership, ensure Massachusetts EEC licensing compliance, and contribute to a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification is required.
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a preschool classroom using the L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development.
• Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Observe and document developmental progress.
• Partner with families through regular communication.
• Collaborate with teachers and center leadership.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations.
