Job summary

JCC Greater Boston is seeking a dedicated EEC Certified Toddler Teacher to join the JCC Early Learning Center in Hingham, MA. This full-time, salaried position offers the chance to nurture young children within a vibrant, inclusive community.

Starting pay is $39,953.33 ($23.05/hour) for a 10-month calendar; summer camp opportunities are available. Candidates must hold MA EEC Teacher Certification, CPR/AED and First Aid, and demonstrate a collaborative, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (or willing to become certified upon hire).
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-teacher and staff to develop a high-quality program.
• Ensure health, safety and security of all children.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Document children’s interactions and progress.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
