LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively hiring LPN Team Members for our skilled nursing facility.

Compensation: Base rate $27.50-$31 with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and nights!

Responsibilities:

1. Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
2. Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
3. Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
4. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
5. Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
6. Helping Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.
