Responsibilities
  • Integrate and practice according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver care and service excellence.
  • Align with City of Hope's mission and values, and the Division of Nursing and Patient Care Services' vision and mission. Focus on the patient, family, and community by carrying out the nursing process, coordinating interdisciplinary care planning, and documenting according to standards, including validating the patient and caregiver's understanding of the care plan and expected outcomes.
  • Act as a change agent, committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodying the organizational mission and values, as well as the ethos of the nursing profession.
  • Must be able to work from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
  • This is a full-time day shift position.
Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
  • Three to five years of related experience.
