Responsibilities

• Get & Keep Members by delivering exceptional service and fostering strong member relationships.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant aquatic environments and follow emergency response protocols.
• Test water quality, record findings, adjust chemical levels, and maintain pool equipment.
• Follow all AFF standards, manuals, and club policies; attend meetings and participate in training.
