Job summary

• Perform duties following AFF standards and club policies to support member growth, retention and profitability.
• Provide the highest level of customer service by greeting members warmly and using their names when possible.
• Follow Service Standards and department handbooks; participate in AFF trainings.
• Know the club emergency response protocol and act safely and decisively.
• Arrive early, wear the department uniform, and participate in meetings.
