Life Time is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives by building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional member experience.

The role involves designing safe client programs, instructing private and group Pilates sessions, promoting Pilates and related fitness offerings, and maintaining a clean, compliant studio environment while staying current with certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs.
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members.
