Kroger Family of Companies seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in daily duties, assist with data entry, prescription processing, and customer interactions. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance and accurate dispensing, while maintaining a clean, safe pharmacy environment.

The position involves assisting with CLIA-waived screenings where permitted, coaching clerks and technicians, and upholding company policies and regulations to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Support non-dispensing services through platforms, resources, and applications.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Keep sanitation and safety procedures in place per company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform CLIA-waived screenings as allowed by law and policies.
• Report illegal activities as required by regulations.
