V-Soft Consulting is hiring a Pharmacy Tech for our client in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role supports filling prescriptions, data entry, and coordination with the Billing Supervisor under a Pharmacist's supervision.

You will assist in prepackaging medications, help maintain inventory, ensure proper labeling and timely delivery, and contribute to a compliant, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience entering prescription data and obtaining reimbursement.
• Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist during dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Stating medications for RPh final review and packaging after review.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, receiving and rotating medications, posting lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and check equipment calibration.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Pharmacy Tech for our premier client Wilkes Barre, PA

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Works with Billing Supervisor to enter data into computer system to fill prescriptions and to obtain reimbursement payment. Works under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist in prepackaging medication for dispensing according to standards

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Job Responsibilities

• which may include stating the medication for RPh final review and/or packaging of medication post RPh final review and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer. Assists Pharmacy Management in maintaining good inventory practices which may include receiving and rotating incoming medications and supplies, posting lot numbers, expiration dates and assisting in physical inventory.
• Works with Technician Supervisor in maintaining a clean/safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration, safety, and cleanliness
